D. Shane Clifford

Shane Clifford joined the firm in 1999. He practices in the areas of negligence, civil rights, products liability, contract and insurance disputes, insurance bad faith, collections and mechanic’s lien foreclosures.

Mr. Clifford obtained two undergraduate degrees from the University of Utah in Spanish and mass communication. He graduated Cum Laude and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Kappa Tau Alpha Honor Societies. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 10 percent of his class and as a member of the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Clifford is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and Utah and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
