David Hunter joined Dixon, Truman, Fisher & Clifford in 2004.

His practice areas include adoption, arbitrations and mediations, banking, civil litigation, collections law, construction defect defense, construction law, corporate and business planning, business entity planning,general real estate, real estate development, contract litigation, real estate disputes, real estate transactions, real estate foreclosures, and mechanic’s liens.

After obtaining a bachelor degree in business administration from Southern Utah University, he received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.

He is member of the State Bar of Utah and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
