David W. Hunter

David Hunter joined Dixon, Truman, Fisher & Clifford in 2004. His practice areas include business entity formations, contract litigation, real estate disputes, real estate transactions, real estate foreclosures, and mechanic’s liens. He began his career with a firm in San Diego, California where he practiced primarily creditor’s rights and bankruptcy law.

After obtaining a bachelor degree in business administration from Southern Utah University, he received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.

He is member of the State Bar of Utah and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
