John Berger

John Berger earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dixie State College and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He was an associate editor for the Kansas Law Review and his legal education focused on advocacy, litigation and financial law.
Prior to joining Dixon Truman Fisher & Clifford, John worked in commercial and consumer banking for five years. He also worked as a prosecutor in the economic crimes division of the Johnson County, Kansas District Attorney’s Office.
He is a member of the Utah State Bar and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
